Mountain Dew Cake

recipe by Gloria Livingston (my aunt)

Bake 325 degrees for 50 min.

1 box of classic yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 bx vanilla instant pudding mix (regular size)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Mountain Dew

Mix together (spray Bundt pan with non-stick baking spray)

Last 10 mins of baking, start making the glaze.

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Mt. Dew
1/4 c. water

Boil 1 minute and cool for 2 minutes.

Pour glaze over cake (loosen the sides a little)

Let set in pan for 30 minutes before removing.

Mom says, “I don’t know of any easier cake to make.”

It’s delish!
